The guarantee, and the timeline it does not fit

Both pages selling Horsewood state a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, with empty bottles accepted and no questions asked. As written that is a generous policy and we have no criticism of the wording.

The difficulty is that both pages also say the full effect compounds over 90 days or more, and one recommends the six-bottle pack specifically on that basis. If the product needs ninety days to show what it does, a sixty-day window closes a month too early — and a six-bottle order leaves you holding 180 days of product covered by 60 days of guarantee.

How to request a refund

1. Find the order confirmation email, the order number and the purchase date.
2. Count the days remaining in your 60-day window.
3. Email the support address on your confirmation. One competing page publishes support@healthyconsumer.us.
4. State your order number and that you are claiming under the money-back guarantee.
5. Ask for a returns address and authorisation in writing before shipping anything back.
6. Use a tracked service and keep the tracking number.
7. Keep all correspondence until the refund appears on your statement.

One competing page names BuyGoods as the payment processor. Payment processors often operate their own refund windows and dispute procedures alongside the seller's stated policy, so note which company name appears on your card statement — it may not be "Horsewood".
